We are 5 mins to the beach, the nightlife is all on our doorstop, yet we are just behind to ensure your sleep is undisturbed.

We are on the main bus routes for everywhere in pattaya and a 5 min taxi ride to the main pattaya bus station that links with Bangkok and all the major routes and Airports also to the borders with Cambodia and Laos etc. we can arrange for collection from whatever location you are coming from and the taxi rate currently from BKK airport is approx 1500 baht.

Our rooms are really nicely fitted out, we provide each room with air con but we also provide a large floor fan also as many don't like the air con making a bad throat.

every room is provided with a hot water kettle, cups etc for tea or coffee facilities,fridge,t.v etc, all have electronic safes, free wi-fi and internet in all rooms along with a pc in the bar area free to use .
I'll be on hand to assist with any travel problems/inquires you may have , if you need a travel adapter etc anything i can help with just ask.

I'm originally from Huddersfield in England & have been in Thailand for 2 years and have traveled throught so anything i can help with, if your planning on traveling further affield Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam etc and ill do my best to get you the current details.
